CulinaEm® –the mobile cooking studio
The mobility of the CulinaEm®
mobile cooking studio in connection with the service wing provides an optimal
use of the space. With little effort the room can be rearranged for other
subjects
Integrated below the work surface is a lever system for the waste water
disposal. There is also a warm water boiler integrated below the work surface.
Electrical sockets are integrated in the side walls above the work surface,
where utensils can also be stored.
